Our Policy

By requesting service from Doone Towing, the customer agrees to the following terms:

A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure all towing or roadside service requests.
A $75 cancellation fee will be charged once a driver has been dispatched, regardless of completion status.
Card payments are subject to a 5%–8% processing fee. All card transactions are considered final and not eligible for chargeback or dispute.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) may range from 10 minutes to 24 hours, as each service request varies by distance, traffic, and location. Doone Towing makes every reasonable effort to meet estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
